Absolutely disgusted by the quality of this item. As others have said the item looks nothing like the advert, I was expecting an Eagle decanter and ended up with a terrible pidgeon made by someone that has obviously never seen an eagle. This is blatant misadvertising. I have asked for a refund but as they are ignoring others I hold out little hope
Doesn't look like pictures at all, waited several weeks for them. Beware, this is what was sent to me x4. Emailed for refund, dispute lodged with pay pal
Ordered item. Told 1~3 days shipping and will receive email with tracking number. Waited a few more days and told....3~5 days for shipping, etc...waited 7 days. No response from customer service and no phone number to call.
And this price above $39.99 is far less than what I was charged. I would not or anything from this company again.
