I was disappointed with the birds. The ad said stained glass but it was not, just an imitation of it. I wanted to return it but sending it back to China is not ideal. Your business must be so small that you don't have your warehouse on site. Most things that are purchased from a business are returnable to their warehouse. like Amazon or Zappos. I'm sorry that we couldn't do more business with you.
